Shade Fabric October 17, 2007 Kenneth Conley (northern Virginia) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Excellent product. Easy to fabricate into any shape desired. Does not shink when warmed by sun. Many similar products do!
OMG July 19, 2010 Ira S. Bass 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My wife and I never review products on line but this purchase warrants one. We just moved into a new house where there are two skylights in the bathroom. In the morning the sun would blare through them making the bathroom very hot. We'd been running a fan to try to keep it cool but the heat continued. We purchased this product, climbed on the roof and attached the screen in no time. The results? OMG. The light comes through but now with zero heat. We were so taken by the results that we decided to put a small piece on one of our kitchen windows where the setting sun created a similar heat to the bathroom. Poof. No more heat while doing the dishes while the filtered light came through. It's no lie when they say this is 7 times better than traditional film.
Long lasting shade June 1, 2010 J. Enders (AZ USA) We have had a piece of this that drops down over our garage door windows for years. It helps keep the garage cooler and we can still readily see out. The fabric has held up very well but what was used to fabricate it hasn't held up as well. Any time I look at needing to shade an area I look to Coolaroo fabrics knowing it holds up well even in the Arizona sun that destroys so many things.
Coolaroo Shade Cloth July 30, 2010 KKiniwot The Coolaroo shade cloth has been outstanding. I cut / sewed it to fit as "roof" of new arbor and it is so comfortable. There is added appreciation of the 70% UV protection for Colorado altitude.
Coolaroo shade cloth September 7, 2008 K. Terkelsen (Falmouth, MA) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Does a fine job of partially screening direct sun without creating shade or reducing light too much. Clips available online for less than $10 plus shipping mounted on rope are the best way to mount the cloth on our overhead deck-mounted pergola.
